INTEGRATED ALCOHOL TESTING

Integration Purpose

The Breathalysed Zero Tolerance Control system is an alcohol screening system which enables high volume zero tolerance testing, enforcing compliance of employees, visitors and contractors in safety sensitive environments.

Integration Benefits

The BCS (Breathalysed Control system) can significantly reduce industrial accidents linked to:
    • Alcohol consumption.
    • The BCS enforces DMR compliancy.
    • It can be set to randomly select or enforce 100% selection.
    • Fast, Automated and non-invasive.
    • Stand alone or integrated into existing access control systems.

Device

The Breathalysed Control system can significantly reduce industrial accidents linked to alcohol consumption. It is fast, automated, non-invasive, stand alone and can integrate into existing access control systems.
    • The device communicates statuses through audio visual communication.
    • Simplicity means subject training is not required.
    • Screening results are delivered virtually instantaneously.
    • Negative test results are delivered in less than 2 seconds.
    • Positive alcohol results are delivered in less than 10 seconds.
    • The device avoids back logs.
    • Servicing by own staff.
    • Modular components for easy maintenance.
    • Rugged weatherproof casing.
    • Software Application.
    • Reporting is available for negative and positive results on badge level.

Operation

    • The individual will blow into the device.
    • The individual will then clock (RFID/Biometrics).
    • If the individual has a zero alcohol reading, access hardware will allow access, provided the individual is permitted and there is no time lapse.
    • A record of the result will be saved to the backend software.
    • Additional guard signalling devices may be used.
    • The BCS can be coupled with a CCTV system time/date stamping pass or fail results.
